1.2. Since our products are handmade, some items may take additional time to prepare before shipping.
1.3. Orders placed during peak seasons, sales, or holidays may experience slight delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

3. Order Tracking
3.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.

4.1. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier issues.

4.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
5.1. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
5.2. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with video of the damaged product and packaging.
5.3. We will work with the courier to resolve shipping issues, but refunds or replacements are subject to case review.
6. International Shipping
6.1. Customers outside India are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
6.2. Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.
6.3. If an international package is returned due to customs issues or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
7.1. Customers must provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.
7.2. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
