Our scrunchies are crafted using high-quality, sustainable fabrics that are soft, durable, and gentle on your hair.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on scrunchies or other hair accessories unless the item is defective or damaged.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the item. We’ll review your request and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Refunds are applicable only for cases where a replacement is not feasible or for approved defective/damaged items. The refund process takes 7-10 business days after approval.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us directly. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted as the order may have already been processed.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and shipped thereafter. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Currently, we ship within India only. We are working on expanding to international shipping soon.

To ensure the longevity of your scrunchies, we recommend gentle hand washing with mild detergent and air-drying them.
